Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Hely TV ("we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Hely TV service.
No Content Hosting
Hely TV does not host, store, or upload any video, media, or audio files on its own servers. All content found on this website is embedded from third-party sites such as YouTube, Dailymotion, Twitch, and other public streaming platforms. We act strictly as a search engine and directory for publicly available content.
If you are a copyright owner and you believe that your content has been infringed, you must address the issue with the hosting provider (e.g., the website where the video is actually stored). Removing the embed code from Hely TV will not remove the content from the internet.
Infringement Notification
However, if you still wish to request the removal of a specific link or embed from our website, please provide a written communication ("Infringement Notice") containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (specifically, the URL on Hely TV where the link is located).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Contact for Claims
Please send all DMCA notices to our designated agent via email:

Please allow 1-3 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not properly being filed.
